Former Miss Isreali and former Isreali soldier, Gal Gadot makes a real-life wonder woman move by boycotting co-producer Brett Ratner. She has made herself very clear that if RatPac-Dune entertainment is not out of the franchise then she is better off not playing the role of Wonder Woman. She doesn’t want her destiny to profit a criminal.
A Hollywood source tells that Gadot — who last month backed out of a dinner honoring Ratner, where she was due to present him with an award — is taking a strong stance on sexual harassment in Hollywood and doesn’t want her hit “Wonder Woman” franchise to benefit a man accused of sexual misconduct. The source added of Israeli-born Gadot, “She’s tough and stands by her principles. She also knows the best way to hit people like Brett Ratner is in the wallet. She also knows that Warner Bros. has to side with her on this issue as it develops. They can’t have a movie rooted in women’ empowerment being part-financed by a man accused of sexual misconduct against women.”
Ratner is indeed a man suffering from paraphilia, judging him by the acquisitions from several women including Ellen Page, Olivia Munn, Natasha Henstridge, Jaime Ray Newman & Katharine Towne.
Every woman who has accused Ratner has a horrifying tale, for instance – Natasha Henstridge shared with the press how Ratner forced her into oral sex and the Juno actress Ellen Page conveyed how she was insulted by the producer for being gay.
The choice of taking sides should not be difficult for the Warner Bros provided the mental state of Ratner, it is very clear that he belongs to a psychiatric facility than in the franchise of a movie depicting feminine strength and honour.
