hope you had a great weekend. Since all of us were partying these past few days, the beginning of the week demands heading back to the gym. I know – not so lit, but the path to the perfect body shape is long and difficult, however at the end its all worth it.
These next few tips are for those who are careful around food and work out, but somehow those few damn pounds won’t come off…
So what’s the problem?
In my experience it can be one of three things.
- Not having a good workout routine.
- You’re still eating something that doesn’t go well with your diet.
- When did you last check your hormones?
For the problems no. 2 and 3 I will write some other time. Today I am focusing on the problem no 1.
The best way to lose weight and burn fat is CARDIO. And the best cardio training is running. When you realize how much running is good for your body, you will do it every day, especially girls. If you are not in shape, start with at least 10 – 15 minutes of running. Every two days add few more minutes of running. The goal is 45 minutes to 1 hour. Yeah that looks impossible from beginners perspective, but it’s not 🙂
Since running in the gym can be boring, especially in the beginning, you can mix it up with other cardio exercises.
For example you can do skii running.⬇
This kind of running is also good for gluteus lifting. But remember – it is still not better than ordinary running.
A little tip before you start – the best speed for running is 7.5 km/h. It is not too fast, so you can run longer, but you will sweat.
One of the best benefits of running is that you start losing weight after you are finished with your training. If you can do this for at least two times a week and mix it up with one or two classes of Zumba.
I would absolutely recommend Zumba as an extra work out, cause it’s fun, with music and dancing and it’s a great cardio workouts.
So run and cut carbs and you are on the right track for a perfect summer body shape 🙂
